Touch and repair to ensure that the coating equipment is installed horizontally. It should be grounded and installed with an independent leakage switch for use. Keep the coater clean, and use the compressed air machine to remove the dust inside and outside the casing and sundries at the thread end before starting every day. Hard objects (scissors, pens, rulers, tools, etc.) shall not be placed on the workbench and the outer cover plate, so as not to damage them by feeding them into the conveyor belt. Press the power switch to start the machine. The temperature should be set at 50~60 ℃ first, and should not exceed 80 ℃ (realize the complete separation of the upper and lower belts, and then speed the conveyor belt). Adjust the required temperature setting again. The speed, temperature and pressure can be adjusted freely according to the operation requirements. Do not stop suddenly when running at high temperature. In case of such emergency, use manual device to slowly rotate the conveyor belt to prevent the conveyor belt from being damaged due to high temperature.? If the coating machine moves to the original position and is installed, please be sure to adjust the level to prevent uneven pressure or the conveyor belt from deviation and damage. When sticking and ironing, please try to make the upper sheet smaller than the lower sheet, and the width of the cloth sheet should not be greater than the width of the coater, otherwise it may affect the sticking and ironing, the conveyor belt will run away or the coater will stop running. After use, before shutdown, it is necessary to adjust the pressure to no pressure, turn off the heating system, maintain the conveyor belt, and then set the delayed cooling or automatic shutdown.

In general, the homogenizing section of the barrel wears quickly. This section (5~7D long) can be bored and trimmed, and then equipped with a nitrided alloy steel bushing. The diameter of the inner hole refers to the diameter of the extruder screw, and remains in the normal fit clearance for processing and preparation. The touch repair emphasizes here that the extruder screw and barrel are two important parts, one is a slender threaded rod, and the other is a small and long hole with a relatively small diameter. Their machining and heat treatment processes are relatively complex, and the guarantee of accuracy is relatively difficult. Therefore, whether to repair or replace these two parts after wear must be analyzed from an economic perspective. If the repair cost is lower than the cost of replacing the extruder screw, the decision to repair it is not necessarily the right choice. The comparison between the repair cost and the replacement cost is only one aspect. In addition, it also depends on the ratio between the repair cost and the time to use the extruder screw after repair and the renewal cost and the time to use the extruder screw. It is the right choice to adopt the scheme with small ratio.
