Do not stop suddenly when running at high temperature. In case of such emergency, use manual device to slowly rotate the conveyor belt to prevent the conveyor belt from being damaged due to high temperature.? If the coating machine moves to the original position and is installed, please be sure to adjust the level to prevent uneven pressure or the conveyor belt from deviation and damage. When sticking and ironing, please try to make the upper sheet smaller than the lower sheet, and the width of the cloth sheet should not be greater than the width of the coater, otherwise it may affect the sticking and ironing, the conveyor belt will run away or the coater will stop running. After use, before shutdown, it is necessary to adjust the pressure to no pressure, turn off the heating system, maintain the conveyor belt, and then set the delayed cooling or automatic shutdown.
